I'm a fan of Joker, after all these years for once I was thrilled and felt horror by a movie
We have out HR mascot a fictional character who is so dam serious, we put a smile on her face.

Painted after a long time for my friends birthday
Shes born in month of november, picked up a pic of november from a calendar and painted it on canvas with fabric paints
I gave up on oil paints, they dont dry.End product is a dust accumulated sticky wet painting

We both spent one sunday at shore line park and it was my best sunday ever.Prayer at church and then breakfast next to a lake and golf course, long talkitive walk along the lake full of birds and people surfing and peddling boats

See how I traveled on Saturday

1) I spread news to people that I'm want to see golden gate bridge
2) M and you guys announce that you are going to academy of sciences
3) My friend A going beyond SFO passing through golden gate bridge
4) She tells me to join her so that she can drop me at the bridge
5) A and me meet and start traveling, she finds out that her car hasn't got enough fuel
6) A calls one of her friend who was also going for the same trip
7) A and me hop into his car from a decided place
8) He drives till daly city to pick a friend, and comes to know they need to change car
9) All three of us hop into another car with 2 more ppl and start
10) they drop me off at bridge
11) I know what time you guys are done so I call up and sync
12) With you guys I travel to fremont
13) N comes home and we get to know shes going through union city
14) hop into her car again and we reach union city
15) M had to go to saratoga next morning
15) next day I go to saratoga with M

Man too many contacts helped me travel so much like a work flow

8/10/2007 : Was in a plane travelling back to Bangalore.Sat next to a tall American who was even scared to drink Indian water and struggled all throughout the journey to sit in his small seat.

Reached airport early this time and killed time watching Jasan bourne while lost with bourne a stranger sitting next to me calls my name, was a bit of suprise to see a friend of mine in the queue waving at me.

I always meet this guy in airports.Once in Kolkata airport where we both had lookalike IIMC-bags and got swaped to find a brand new cell phone in it and he found lot of kolkata sweets

9/10/2007 : Was looking at one of the Mannequin at Vanhuesen store at forum in Bangalore.These days Mannequins look more like us.Man this one really took my attention,perfect fit and walking pose
Had bought tickets to Bourne ultimatum 10pm show which me and my roomate decided to go out of frustration

13/10/2007 :In mysore palace, awesome place to be during Dasara, loafed around the city whole day.The whole place was lit and looked like palace on fire and music
Had loads of fun today

14/10/2007 :In a train back to Bangalore, was a very boring journey.Man kids!! was in a queue at Chamundi hills morning and a dad of 2 kids started fighting with the other dad with 2 more kids.All four started yelling on top of their lungs which made the dads shut up but they kept crying on and on and on and on.Wonder why they cry that too with such high volume amplifiers.As if the queue wasnt so boring and long enough that we had to bear with all the wild music

Time to update my trip details.Been travelling around india these days.Visted all the metropolitian
cities.

Let me start with my trip to Kolkata.

As part of my course (EPYP IIM Kolkata) I had to go stay in IIM Kolkata campus for a week and attend classes.

More than attending classes me and my friend Shal were excited to visit a new city.We had made a list of places to visit and things to shop.

Took print outs of maps, places and address.
Phew!! left Bangalore on Friday the 13th.April.Reached Kolkata at 10:30am. Airport looked nice.
After I entered the city somethign was unusual.It was very hot in the first place and very humid, I almost started melting.


For people who are interested in visiting Kolkata:

1) As soon as you get land in the airport - theres a West Bengal tourism center where you can get a map free of cost and all the information abuot the city.
2) A pre-paid taxi counter ensures you get to right places safely.
3) I stayed in Hotel Park In at Park circus near 4 number bridge.Its close to last Tram station.(Booked it from make my trip)
Convient for people who want to take Tram to Esplanade or other parts of the city.
4) Go to BBD Bagh and tourism center.Book for Kolkata Darshan 150 rs per head for a non ac bus.Which will take you all around the city with a guide for one whole day.There are other intersting deals too (eg: cruise, ac car etc)
5)Take an umbrella, camera, water and wet tissue.

Weather was so humid I didnt have to use my moisturiser and conditioner for the entire week and still felt melty and sticky :-l

Go to BBD Bagh an hour before the scheduled Kolkata Darshan time, will be fun to walk around the old buildings Raj Bhavan, Writers Building etc.Eat Misti Dohi.

My friend was supposed to come to Kolkata that evening I had the whole day for myself.Stayiing indoors in not in my blood, so took my camera and started walking, took a bus didnt know where it went.Took directions from traffic police and with my map reached BBD bagh and booked for Kolkata Darshan the next day.
Took a bus back to national Museum and spent 2-3 hrs taking pictures of tons of treasure we have.It must have been called national trasure, from paintings to skeletons, art, sculpture, fossils, paper work, acquaruim was lost there in time.

Then came back to hotel and slept, Shal reached there at 8:00pm.Was delighted to see her.After all the chitter chatter went out with my knife and camera had road side tea, called up worried people at home.Bought fruits.

May 17 started to Kodai Kanal from Bangalore at 9 pm train.It reached Kodai Road at 8 am next morning.3 days of non stop fun.

However it cant be seen properly dont throw stones..

Cydii6 ?? It's our group name.We all six girls..real sidey people we are.We all have been together at all odd times.Did so many stupid adventures, shared all silly thoughts, never let go a chance to tease anyone, made fun of each other, laughed so much without caring about wat people gonna judge us....
The group members include : G, S, C, SW, SH, De

G: chubby, bubbly, who always came to class late, got scolded and put out off the class many times.Caught in the class talking or smiling for no reason.Always late to any exam..practicals or theory.Never finished a exam paper fully...the examiner has to pul the paper from her..we both had adjacent roll numbers so wrote all the internals and exams sitting next to each other.we have shared strange stares while writing exams...all we could do was look at each other even if we wanted to help each other so badly.Shes been with me, guiding me, scolding me and doing all the thinking for me as to what is good for me.Has got a deadly smile which can melt a rock.
Was in Delhi for 2 years.
Shes right now studying for her UPSC exams, confident enough to become an officer.

>>2008 - was her worst year she lost her Dad, shes a brave soul handled it very well and kept studying for her UPSC exams
-She cleared her mains and interview got a ranking, as India is famous for confusion, her ranking is right now kept on hold



S: Fair, Pretty, very organized.Got very small hand writing.Well we had to strain our ears to find out what she spoke.She carries all cute little things with her.Small pen, soap, soap box, eye shadow, nail colors, perfume what not.As soon as we get to see her we ransack her cute little bag, to find all kindsa cute little things.Shes from Hyderabad.She knows to speak kannada very well but well in a telgu accent.Sings very well.Takes care of all little things and can be assured that nothing can go wrong when shes around.One of the best dressed lady I have seen ever.
Shes working for a software company, waiting to go abroad to study.

De-Lived in Texas for a while, then back to Bangalore
Completed a executive program from IIM kolkata, now In bay area California working and painting
