One more new year, I get one more year older..I regain all the lost enthu and hope this year will make all my dreams come true.I make loads of resolutions..hoping to have changes in life. But its not going to be just one more year for me.Will have to live this year as if this is my last one.
Got up at 6.30 am and in 10 mins had to get ready for a trek.Zoomed to my friend's place at 50-60kmph in my poor scooty pep.Hurrah Happie birthday and New year hugs came my way.Was happie to meet them after a long time.They all looked sleepy and had pink nose(very cold it was).we start and take a wrong route to base of Chamundi hills.
Then reached there at 7.20am which was very late as compared to our standards.We had to be there before sun rise.We were supposed to offer prayers at the devi temple on top.
There were so many people.I never ever thought so many people would get up so early on Jan 1st.Was so much fun trekking, taking rest, pics after every 100 steps.There are 1000 steps.All our memories flashed back as we climbed.Each one of us had different stories to tell.Discuss what we learnt in life till now ( What learnt? we have no yet completed quarter century ;-).).We all were together till we graduated.Then took different routes to explore.Now we sit in the same old place confused.Not sure if the routes would lead us to where we actually wanted to go.Reached the top pretty late coz of all the jumping, climbing trees, rocks and mocking monkeys( were they mocking us instead ?).Had to stand in the queue for 1.5 hrs.Forgot all the tiredness as we got to see the goddess.Offered prayers and started back.Mean while I had to attend a 100 phone calls.My friends were jealous first time I guess.Day was almost over.Rest of the day I packed and travelled back to Bangalore in a train.I just could not keep my eyes open.
As I go to bed hoped that I stick to all the resolutions made and live life this year to my best.

How did you manage to find a wrong route to chamundi ?
Hey we had to climb through steps.Donnow we kept on circling the race course hee hee.We took the road which goes through Planet X.Had fun though.The most irritated was Swetha.
Wow.. a great kick start of a new year!!.. yep it always happens.. remembering the route travelled.. some chosen by us while others.. go with the flow kind. Every route leads to somewhere or the other, but the question is are we happy with the route travelled by us!.. there lies the mystery!
